Custom Orders

All binders are hand-painted and made to order. By placing an order, you understand that you are purchasing a custom piece of artwork.

Because each binder is painted by hand, small variations in color, texture, brush strokes, finish, or design placement may occur. These details are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not qualify as defects.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is added to our production queue. Your specific binder and supplies may be ordered specifically for your design.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and supply availability. Any estimated turnaround time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not begin processing until payment has been received.

By placing an order, you confirm that all payment and billing information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us at handpaintedbinders@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. While we will do our best to help resolve any issues, Hand Painted Binders is not required to provide a refund, replacement, return, or exchange.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, Hand Painted Binders is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivered packages, or damage caused during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at handpaintedbinders@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the binder and packaging.

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and any design details needed to complete your binder.

Hand Painted Binders is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photos, product descriptions, website content, branding, and other materials on this website are the property of Hand Painted Binders unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use our artwork, photos, or content without written permission.

Purchasing a binder does not give you ownership of the original design rights, artwork rights, or website content.

Product Use & Care

Our binders are hand-painted art pieces and should be handled with care. Hand Painted Binders is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, exposure to water, excessive heat, scratching, bending, or rough handling after delivery.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate requests, unavailable supplies, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to complete the requested design.

If an order is canceled by Hand Painted Binders before work has started or supplies have been ordered, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
