Shipping Policy

All binders are hand-painted and made to order. Because each order is custom, please allow time for your binder to be completed before it ships.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will be added to my production queue. I will order your specific binder and supplies, then begin working on your design in the order it was received.

Processing times may vary depending on the current number of orders, design complexity, and supply/shipping delays. Estimated turnaround times will be provided when possible, but they are not guaranteed.

If you need your binder by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order to confirm whether it may be possible.

Shipping Time

Once your binder is completed and inspected, it will be packaged carefully and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are out of my control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Hand Painted Binders is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
