Refund & Return Policy

Each binder is hand-painted and made to order. Because you are purchasing a custom piece of art, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Once your order is submitted, it is added to our production queue, and your specific binder and supplies are ordered for your design. Due to the custom nature of this process, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Custom Artwork Disclaimer

Please keep in mind that each binder is hand-painted, so slight variations, brush strokes, texture, color differences, or small imperfections may occur. These details are part of the handmade nature of the artwork and do not qualify as defects.

I carefully inspect every binder before shipping to make sure it is completed properly and there are no major issues before it leaves my hands.

Damages or Issues Upon Delivery

If your binder arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact me right away at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the binder and packaging.

While refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed, I will always do my best to help resolve any issues fairly. However, Hand Painted Binders is not required to provide a refund, return, replacement, or exchange for custom orders.

Shipping Damage

Once the order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. However, if something happens during shipping, please reach out and I will do my best to help guide you through the next steps.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Because supplies are ordered specifically for your binder and your order is added to the production queue, cancellations are not accepted.
